Haibike Trekking 5 Low 2023

The new Haibike Trekking 5 2023 Low eBike features the latest Yamaha PW-S2 drive system. This brand new motor for 2023 offers 75Nm of torque and peaks at over 500w. With 4 assistance modes, it can now provide over 300% assistance in its highest power mode.

Part of the brand new PW-S2 system for 2023, the Trekking 5 also gets a 720Wh battery. Completely integrated into the frame, Haibike have neatly incorporated it into the downtube of the frame but with a key lock detachment, allowing it to be charged both on and off the bike.

You can see what sizes this model is available in at the top of this page. Sizes are listed in centimeters and also specified S, M, L etc.


Some models have more available sizes than others. Whilst some bikes are only available in a 'one size fits all'.



Next to the size options at the top of this page, click 'Find my size'. Enter your inside leg measurement along with your arm length and height (in cm). Our special size calculator will show you what size you need to order. These are displayed in S, M & L etc to correspond with the size options.


Note: You may be a particular size on one model and a different size on another model. Please use the size calculator on each model page as sizes can vary between manufacturers and models.



You can view the stock status of any model/variant by selecting it at the top of this page. It will show you one of three stock status:


In Stock: In stock now and available to order for immediate delivery
Pre-Order: Available to pre-order with estimated date of arrival shown
Sold Out / Out of Stock: The model is completely sold out in this variant and no longer available to order

If you're placing a pre-order using the deposit option (instead of paying in full), it's not possible to add further items to your cart alongside the bike. Please get in touch once your pre-order is placed and we'll be happy to add any extras that you may require.



Yes, you may wish to collect your new electric bike from our HQ based in Farnham, Surrey. If so please select 'Collect in store' at the checkout.


We will then prepare your new eBike and be in touch to book a suitable collection day/time.


One of our experts is on hand to help you set up the correct position on your new eBike along with answering any questions that you may have.



If colour options are available, these will show below the size options at the top of this page. It's best to choose your size first and then click on each colour option to check its availability in that size.


Not all of our electric bikes have colour options available.



At e-bikeshop we work by appointment only, so we can talk to each customer on an individual basis to give the best advice possible.


We can talk you through your requirements, riding style and offer expert advice as to which model to select.


We generally keep over 150 eBikes built in our showroom. Note: Some models shown as 'Pre-Order' may not be in the showroom to view as the bike is still due from the supplier. We can also give you the opportunity to ride a similar electric bike so you can get a feel for how electric bikes work prior to purchase.
 
Should you wish to purchase, we give the option to take it away that same day (subject to stock) with any extras fitted and a handover session on the bike itself by one of our eBike experts.



Delivery for UK 'In Stock' items ordered before 1pm should be expected for delivery the next business day (this excludes weekends and public holidays).

For delivery on 'Pre-Order' items, the estimated arrival date is shown at the point of order. On arrival our team will make contact to settle any outstanding balance. Once settled in full, we'll then proceed to dispatch your new eBike without delay.



Yes, we exclusively offer 14 days free insurance on all of our new electric bike purchases. This is for UK orders only. Simply select to opt-in to the 14 days free insurance in the cart.


This not only covers for theft, but also covers you for public liability, breakdown, accessories, accidental damage and returning home cover. You can learn more on the dedicated electric bike insurance page.
