Orbea Gain D30i 2023 105 Di2 Electric Road Bike

Easy to order online, tremendous value (’23 model discounted by £800), bike arrived well packaged and straightforward to put together. I shouldn’t complain given the discount but my only gripe is having to pay £50 instead of £5 (rest of the country) for delivery as I live 30 miles past Aberdeen! I wouldn’t care but the courier was a day later than they said. Still happy to recommend E-Bikeshop.

As I live in Buxton which is very hilly I decided to buy an electric bike. I did t want the bike to do all the work as I want to be able to improve my cycling and become better at hills. I love this bike, I still work hard but the extra help has given me the confidence to go out and attempt the hills. The Orbea is comfortable, not too heavy and lovely to look at. I would definitely recommend it.

What a fantastic Orbea E-bike, with a spec that is just the best. Additionally what a brilliant experience purchasing from the ‘E-Bikeshop’. From initial discussion on my requirements, to meeting and advise, and fitting, right through to delivery and pickup, Ben and the team have been absolutely excellent.

My request was quite unique and Ben trawled the Orbea network looking for my requirements and colour/size. Great advice on sizing, as I believed I was definitely looking at the model (large instead of medium). Ultimately I needed medium and this was pretty much proven when measured onsite prior to order placement.

Either Ben or Josh were always on email or the phone updating on the situation and delivery dates, but to be fair what we initially discussed, they even managed to reduce to get my bike to me earlier than estimated.

I’m so pleased I got my new bike to allow me to do the next large charity ride which is planned for mid Sept, and also I've had nearly two month on the bike getting used to it which will make a massive difference.

Thanks again all involved and seriously suggest anyone speaks to these guys before making a new ‘E-Bike’ commitment.
