Superb Service!

We had been on a 6 day cycle trip. Once or twice I had to remove the battery in order to recharge it in my hotel room. Having taken the battery cover off, I actually lost it on the road as I obviously did not fasten it on securely enough. Once I retrieved it but the second time I never noticed it had fallen off. I ordered a new one on the Saturday upon return home and it arrived on the following Monday morning by DHL. The cover, and the 2 part fittings. I was very pleased that the parts were in stock (thought they would be on back order) and extremely happy with the quick service. Ten out of ten guys!
