International Delivery Times

These are approximate International delivery times using our Express option which is available at extra cost. For our standard Saver Worldwide delivery option add approximately four working days to the below. Times relate to the Transit Times starting from the date the item is dispatched by us. We will dispatch items at the earliest possible opportunity, normally within 2 working days.

Removing UK VAT

We can remove UK VAT / Tax for certain countries outside of the EU (or to businesses outside of the UK with a valid EU VIES VAT number). We can invoice you for export excluding VAT with a door-to-door shipping rate, please enquire via the dedicated form here. Please note we can only quote for export on new bikes purchased from us at the time of purchase. We are not a shipping agent for bikes you may already have.

Some countries have local procedures regarding the import of goods which are outside of our control, so we cannot personally guarantee delivery times, particularly if the item is held locally before being released.

Please remember that we rely on 3rd party couriers so delivery dates and times are outside of our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

The international delivery times quoted above are for small parts orders. Please add 2-3 days to all of the above for electric bike orders as these goods have to be prepared by our specialist Dangerous Goods Team and labelled appropriately. 

We have dangerous goods trained staff on site and will export your new electric bike in the correct way according to regulations set out by the Civil Aviation Authority. We are fully compliant in international dangerous goods shipping under CAA/IATA Packing Instructions.
