All of our customers are supported for the lifetime of their ownership by industry leading eBike support specialists and we hold all of the most commonly required electric bike spares in-house. When you purchase one of our electric bikes, you’re also obtaining access to the very best in service and aftercare as part of the package from a dedicated team of experts and class leading workshop facilities.

Bike Frame

Most of our bikes come with an inclusive 5yr warranty on the frame. Some of our brands offer a longer warranty on the frame provided the warranty is registered with the manufacturer.

Electrical Components

Most of our electric bikes are covered by a 2yr warranty on the bikes electrical components. This includes the electric bike display, battery, motor and mains powered battery charger.

Bike Components

All of our electric bikes come with a 1yr warranty on the bike components. This covers things like brakes, gears, suspension & wheels. Find out more on our dedicated Warranty Page +
