1. Browse Our Store

Browse our store, add the eBike & accessories you want to the cart and note the price.

2. Apply For Voucher

Using the total price, apply for your voucher online via the scheme providers website.

3. Email your voucher

Once approved you'll receive your voucher. Simply email it to us, we'll process it here.

4. We Deliver Your e-Bike

Once we've validated and processed it, we'll proceed to deliver your new electric bike.

Reserving An Order

During peak times; availability on bikes can change quickly. We advise between steps 1 & 2 that you contact us to confirm your order.

We give the option to reserve your order (and the bike/accessory stock) by way of a small £199 deposit. This is then refunded back when the voucher has been redeemed (or go towards any outstanding order value).

When applying for your GCI voucher please indicate it for use at our store: E-Bike Shop (The UK Electric Bike Company Ltd). How it works here.

Apply for your voucher by entering your order details on the 'Instant GCI' section of the website. If you employer is registered with 'Corporate GCI' then you'll also need your 'Employer Code' (provided by your employer).

GOOD TO KNOW

Unlike some stores, we don’t charge any administration fees for processing schemes.

You must notify us if using a scheme when placing an order, or prior to full payment if a deposit has been made.

SALE BIKES?

Unlike most other stores, we do accept GCI Scheme vouchers on electric bikes on offer.

The price you see is the price you pay, unlike some other stores, there's no hidden fee's when purchasing from us.

IMPORTANT!!

We can't retrospectively apply a voucher or scheme once full payment has been made.
