2. Apply For Voucher

Using the total price, apply for your voucher online via the scheme providers website.

3. Sign & Complete

Once approved you'll receive your voucher. Sign it & email it to us, we'll process it here.

4. We Deliver Your e-Bike

Once we've validated and processed it, we'll proceed to deliver your new electric bike.

Reserving An Order

During peak times; availability on bikes can change quickly. We advise between steps 1 & 2 that you contact us to confirm your order.

We give the option to reserve your order (and the bike/accessory stock) by way of a small £199 deposit. This is then refunded back when the voucher has been redeemed (or go towards any outstanding order value).

When applying for your Bike2Work Scheme voucher please indicate it for use at our store: The UK Electric Bike Company Ltd. How it works here.

You can apply for your voucher by logging in to Bike2Work. Note: You'll need to register here first & you'll also require your 'Company Pin' (provided by your employer). We'll require a signed voucher ahead of delivery or collection.

You must notify us if using a scheme when placing an order, or prior to full payment if a deposit has been made.

Unlike most other stores, we do accept Bike2Work vouchers on electric bikes on offer.

The price you see is the price you pay, unlike some other stores, there's no hidden fee's when purchasing from us.

We can't retrospectively apply a voucher or scheme once full payment has been made.
